Why book with Clear Cut Weekends?
We have many years
experience in arranging successful, fun and hassle free
Stag Nights and Hen Nights. A Stag Night and Hen Night is a very
special occasion and we go out of our way to ensure
everyone in your group will enjoy themselves. Everything
we do is based on quality and excellent value for money,
making our package prices, what we believe to be the

How do I make an enquiry and what happens next?
It's very simple.
Either use the
contact us page on our website or
telephone us on 01202 375525. You will receive a no obligation
quotation giving you the full details of your package
and what's included, along with a booking form. You can
amend a quote if you and your group should want to add
or change something prior to booking.
How do I book with Clear Cut Weekends?
To book, we require a deposit of £20pp. Payments can be
made over the phone with a debit/credit card or by
posting a cheque payable to Clear Cut Weekends.
When are Final Numbers and the Balance Due?
28 days prior to your trip or earlier.
What if I don't know exact numbers when I need to book?
We always advise booking for the maximum number of
people you think will be attending. This way we can make
sure all your places are secured. We offer an excellent
policy of no deposits being lost if some of your group
pull out prior to the final balance date.
What happens to the deposit if some of my group drops
out after booking?
Any members of your party who drop out after you have
booked will not loose their deposit. Their deposits will
simply be deducted from the final balance. (Subject to
some members still attending. See T’s & C’s for full
booking terms)
Is my money safe and is it protected?
Clear Cut Weekends fully comply with The Package Travel
Regulations 1992. Your money will be safeguarded and
protected in a Trust Account until after your weekend.
In the unlikely event of our failure your funds are
therefore protected.
Do you offer an emergency phone line?
Yes. An emergency 24 hour phone number will be provided
prior to your trip.
Do you charge for credit cards or admin?
No. There are no hidden costs or charges. We do not
charge for credit/debit cards. Your package will be
emailed to you free of charge unless special requests
are made for multiple copies in the post.
Will you pester me with pressuring sales calls?
No. Our team are not commission based and so will not
use sales tactics to pressure you into booking. We
believe our products are superior to most others and see
no need to baffle our customers with sneaky sales
jargon!
Will the package price increase if some of my group drop
out?
No. Our prices are fixed regardless of group size. Once
you have been quoted a price and have booked, the cost
per person will not increase if your group size
decreases.
Where will I be staying?
We guarantee quality accommodation boasting clean
en-suite rooms and an in-house bar. You will be located
close to the centre of the town/city of your choice.
Is food included within the package price?
All of our standard packages include breakfast. If a
meal at a restaurant has been quoted then yes, your two
course meal will be included. Some other day/evening
activities also include lunch/dinner. In each case your
quote will tell you exactly what is included.
How
will we find our way around?
Your activities should be situated close to each other &
easy to find. Your completed package will include a
location map to help you, along with confirmations and
an itinerary of events.
What is a book by date?
The date in your quote that we recommend you book by in
order to guarantee availability.
Can We
Wear Fancy Dress?
The answer is nearly
always 'Yes'. It is always best to check this prior to
arriving. This should be detailed on your paperwork.
