Paying a Deposit for My
Whole Group
You can book your weekend by
paying a deposit on-behalf of
your entire group. The deposit
is £20 per person. For example
if you have a group size
of 10 people, the deposit will
be £200 in total. To pay a
deposit you must check
availability and have your
personal reference code
ready. This can be found on your
quote inside the blue box.

Paying a Final Balance for
My Whole Group
If you are paying a final
balance for your entire group,
please calculate this as
follows:

Paying a Final Balance for
Myself Only
or Making a Part Payment
Whilst your group leader is
ultimately responsible for
making sure all monies are
collected for the package,
individual group members can pay their amount for the
weekend online. You will need
the
group's personal reference which
can be found on your group
leaders booking confirmation.
You will also need package
information such as travel date
and destination. Miscellaneous
part payments can also be made
by choosing this option.

Making a payment online is secure and your
information will not be passed to any third
parties. Information sent to Clear Cut
Weekends via the online payment system is
encrypted ensuring your details are
protected.
Once a payment has been made, receipt of
payment will be emailed to the payee at the
specified email address. If a full and final
balance has been paid online, your completed
package will be emailed to you shortly after
the initial receipt has been sent.
Both the group leader and the payee are
bound by our terms and conditions upon
making a payment (Terms
& Conditions).
